Healing That Doesn't Force You to Talk About Everything
Trauma and chronic stress don't just live in your thoughts — they live in your body.
In tight shoulders. In shallow breath. In frozen hips. In a nervous system that won't settle.
Talk therapy can help bring understanding. Somatic work helps the body feel safe again.
Ruha Rising offers body-based support through movement, breath and embodied awareness — so healing doesn't rely on retelling your story or pushing through pain.
When overwhelm happens, the body freezes mid-response. That incomplete survival energy stays stored — creating tension, anxiety, or shutdown.
Movement allows the body to complete what it couldn't before.
You don't have to think or talk your way through healing. You can move your way home.
Meet Tracy Anderson
I help people reconnect with their bodies after trauma, stress, or long periods of disconnection.
My work blends trauma-conscious movement, breath, and somatic awareness to create a grounded, supportive space where your body can release what it’s been holding—gently and at your own pace. Healing isn’t linear. It’s embodied, intuitive, and deeply personal. I walk alongside you, offering tools, presence, and guidance while honoring the wisdom your body already carries.
I’m an expert in reading the body, with years of experience in complex care systems, including deep work with trauma, emotional regulation, and professional ethics. Today, I bring all of that into somatic consultation, movement-based support, and education outside of clinical roles. My focus is on helping you reconnect with yourself, move with clarity, and build sustainable well-being through embodiment, breath awareness, and nervous system attunement.
